The students and faculties of SNDT College of Education, Pune attended the National symposium to celebrate the Universal Health Coverage Day on 12th December 2018 organised by the Indian Institute of Education (IIE), Pune. Renowned scholars and researchers from various fields of health and sciences presented their studies, views and valuable thoughts on this occasion. Prof. Manoj Kar discussed the importance of advocacy in Universal health coverage.

Veterans like Dr. Mohan Agashe shared his thoughts about enhancing public perception of UHC day. Other eminent experts spoke about the role of NGOs and social organisations for strengthening of this cause. It was an enriching and informing experience for all of us regarding mental and physical health.
